HI Memorial And CHI Memorial Medical Group Welcome Dr. Melanie Blake, Who Moved Over From Erlanger

CHI Memorial and CHI Memorial Medical Group welcomed Melanie Blake, MD, MBA. 

Dr. Blake, who was with Erlanger Health System for a number of years, serves as a physician advisor for CHI Memorial and is joining CHI Memorial Integrative Medicine Associates as a primary care internal medicine physician.

Dr. Blake received her medical degree from the University of Alabama School of Medicine in Birmingham and completed her residency in internal medicine at the University of Alabama in Birmingham. She also earned a master’s in business administration from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga. 

Dr. Blake is board certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine.

Dr. Blake joins Jeffrey Jump, MD; Jordan Kim, MD; Mary McKenzie, DO; Chelsea Ryan, DO; Franklin Baker, PA-C; Maggie Greene, FNP-BC; and Amber Smith, APRN, at CHI Memorial Integrative Medicine Associates. 

The practice has two locations: 320 East Main Street, Suite 200, and 1238 Taft Highway, Suite 170, Signal Mountain, Tn.
