Carl Hames Nominated President Of Chamber Ambassadors Council

Carlos Hames, workspace consultant at Office Furniture Warehouse, has been nominated president of the Chattanooga Area Chamber of Commerce Ambassadors Program - a Chamber board position. 

Mr. Hames has a long record of service to his community via the Chattanooga Area Chamber of Commerce, serving on various councils and capacities throughout the Chamber's effort in economic development. In addition to his new appointments, he also serves as treasurer of the Chamber’s East Ridge Council.

As president of the Ambassadors Council, he will work closely with and listen to other Ambassador board members to grow Ambassador membership and be a positive steward when representing the Chamber to both Chamber members and potential members in the community.

As a board member, he will try to do his part to ensure the continuation and advancement of the Chattanooga Chamber’s efforts within the community.

“It has been a privilege and a joy to be associated with the Chattanooga Chamber," said Mr. Hames. "Whether it’s serving on a board, attending meetings or delivering food during the pandemic, I feel like my association with this organization has made me a better overall Chattanoogan. I look forward to the great things that are going to happen in the future."
