Rosa Mae Baker, 89, passed away on June 28, 2020, in Chattanooga.

She was born on July 22, 1930, in Lisbon, Ga., to the late Jack and Mary L. Fields.  She work at Mar-Mode Hosiery and Crystal Springs Bleachery for many years.  She was a member of Greater Friendship P.B. Church.

She was preceded in death by her parents; husband of 58 years, Bryant Baker, Jr.;  son, Roland Baker; daughter, Earlene Baker Griffin; grandson, James “J.J.” Jones, Jr.

Survivors include her daughters, Linda Ramsey, Patsy Baker, Maxine (James, Sr.) Jones, all of Chattanooga, Sharon (Pastor Willie, Jr.) Mills, Lansing, Michigan; 10 grandchildren, 16 great-grandchildren, seven great-great-grandchildren; a host of other relatives and friends.

Public viewing will be from 8:30–11:30 a.m.on Monday, July 6, at the funeral home. Funeral services will be held privately. Interment will be in Forest Hills Cemetery.
