Retired From Dixie Yarns After More Than 30 Years

James Everett Richardson, 80, of Rossville, Georgia, died on Sunday, August 9, 2020, in a local hospital.

 

A lifelong resident of Rossville, he was retired from Dixie Yarns after more than 30 years of service.

 

Mr. Richardson was a member of Fellowship Baptist Church.

 

He was preceded in death by his parents, Jason Richardson and Dixie King; first wife, Carol Richardson; second wife, Fay Kominczak Richardson; sister, Carol Clark; and brothers, Jackie & Tommy Richardson.

 

He is survived by three daughters, Lisa Richardson, Janet (Jimmy) Cronnon, both of Rossville, and Kristi (Kevin) Taylor, Princeton, Iowa; step-daughters, Sheila White and Brenda (Bobby) Everett, both of Chattanooga; step son, Joe (Rebecca) Kominczak, Ringgold; three sisters, Alice Barnes, McMinnville, Tn., Johnnie Bell, and Kim Buckner, both of Rossville; three brothers, David King, Joe King both of Ringgold, Jerry King, Rossville; grandchildren, Bradley (Brittney) Richardson, Nick Cronnon, Erika and Lauren Taylor; great-grandson, Liam Jones; many nieces and nephews.

 

Services will be held on Wednesday, Aug. 12, at 11 a.m. in the chapel with Reverend Ron Johnson officiating. Burial will follow at Tennessee-Georgia Memorial Park.
