Chicken Salad Chick Announces Plan To Test New Location On Signal Mountain

  • Tuesday, August 11, 2020

Chicken Salad Chick owner Josh Patton announced that the restaurant will be testing out the Signal Mountain market with a new location situated on Ridgeway Avenue, across from Pruett’s Market. The location is set for a mid-September opening.

The Signal Mountain Chicken Salad Chick restaurant will be tested in the market for 30 days, with an option to extend for another 30 days. If the restaurant receives support and success, the restaurant will have a permanent home on Ridgeway Avenue. The restaurant will feature a dining area, with necessary precautions including social distancing and required masks upon entry, as well as a drive-thru option.

“We are always looking to expand into new markets, and we have been eyeing Signal Mountain for some time now,” said Mr. Patton.  “By testing out the market and seeing the reception to the restaurant, we hope that it will ultimately result in a permanent location.”

Mr. Patton noted the location will require 10 employees for which they are currently hiring. Those who are interested in applying can email resumes to mirisa@volunteerrc.com.
