Hamilton County Has No New Coronavirus Deaths, 59 More Cases; Tennessee Has 24 More Deaths

There have been no more COVID-19-related deaths in Hamilton County, the county Health Department announced on Saturday. The toll remains at 74.

An additional 59 coronavirus cases were reported in Hamilton County, bringing the new total to 7,853.

Tennessee had 24 more coronavirus deaths bringing the total to 1,725, state Health Department officials said. 

There were 1,465 new cases in the state for a total of 152,280.

There were 66 more patients hospitalized to bring that total to 6,817.

There have been 114,099 people recover from the virus.

Testing numbers are above 2.17 million.

Shelby County: 26,839 cases, up 190; 380 deaths, up 2

Davidson County: 23,399 cases, up 78; 255 deaths, up 1

Knox County: 6,275 cases, up 105; 56 deaths, up 5

Bledsoe County:  775 cases, up 2; 3 deaths

Bradley County: 2,460 cases, up 21; 16 deaths

Franklin County: 483 cases, up 13; 4 deaths

Grundy County: 149 cases, up 2; 2 deaths

Marion County: 323 cases, up 5; 6 deaths

McMinn County: 788 cases, up 13; 21 deaths

Meigs County: 163 cases, up 4; 2 deaths

Monroe County: 726 cases, up 15; 15 deaths, up 1

Polk County: 326 cases, up 7; 10 deaths

Rhea County: 644 cases, up 5; 3 deaths

Sequatchie County: 142 cases, up 1; 1 death
