The Retreat At Water's Edge Property Raffle To Benefit The Mountain Goat Trail

  • Tuesday, August 4, 2020
The Mountain Goat Trail Alliance is partnering with The Retreat at Water’s Edge to offer chances to win a property lot in the development in Tracy City, Tn. All proceeds from the raffle will go to the MGTA.

The lot, worth approximately $25,000, is one of 140 properties at The Retreat at Water’s Edge, a luxury tiny home community opened in 2019 on the Tracy City Reservoir. The Retreat at Water’s Edge, still in development, will offer community firepits, pavilions, a saltwater pool, playground, private trails, access to the 95-acre calm water lake and more.
Water’s Edge residents also have access to all of the amenities at The Retreat at Deer Lick Falls, their sister community down the road in Monteagle, Tn.

“We’re excited about supporting the Mountain Goat Trail in this way,” said Chip Hayes, president of The Retreat at Water’s Edge. “We hope the raffle will not only raise funds to build more trail, but also bring more regional exposure to this great asset to the South Cumberland Plateau.”

Chances are offered online at the MGTA website, mountaingoattrail.org, at $5 for one chance, $50 for 12 chances, and $100 for 30 chances. The chances will be numbered and gathered into a random digital generator. This Saturday, a number will be chosen by the owner of the Retreat at Water’s Edge onsite, and the winner announced. You need not be present to win.
