Peggy Joyce Jackson, 88, of Chattanooga, passed away on Wednesday, August 5, 2020.

 

Mrs. Jackson was born and raised in Sherwood, Tn., to the late John and Lucy Crownover. She was a member of Ooltewah Church of Christ, a graduate of Grundy County High School and retired as a nurse from Hutcheson Hospital.

 

She was preceded in death by her husband, Charles Thomas Jackson.

 

Surviving are her children, Billy (Janet) Jackson, Mark (Pam) Jackson, Steven (Pam) Jackson and Melanie (Tim) Smith; 12 grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.

 

We respectfully request that "social distancing", wearing masks, and all CDC measures be adhered to at the funeral home and the cemetery.

 

Visitation will be from 6–8 p.m. on Friday, Aug. 7, at the funeral home

 

Funeral Services will be at 11 a.m. on Saturday, Aug. 8, at the funeral home with Minister Denny Howell officiating.

 

Burial services will follow at Antioch Church of Christ Cemetery in Lebanon, Tn. at 2 p.m. CST.

 

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Ooltewah Church of Christ.
