Donna Mae Fogg, 89, of Decatur, formally of Salem, WV, passed away on September, 10, 2020, at her residence.

She was retired from West Virginia Industrial Home for Youth, where she served as the supervisor of correction officers.

She was the daughter of the late William Luther and Gladys Marie Stanley Mullens.

She was preceded in death by her husband: Stanley Oliver Fogg; son: Stanley William “Bill” Fogg; sisters: Louise Gallup and Jean Stamm; brother: Stanley Mullens; daughter-in-law: Vonda Lee Russell Fogg.

Survivors include her sons: Richard Fogg of Advance, NC, Samuel and Bonnie Fogg of Winston Salem, NC, and Fredrick Fogg and Chip Calloway of Greensboro, NC; daughters: Karen and Dick Williard of Mooresville, NC, Dawn and Adrian Wells of Parkerburg, WV, and Debby and Doug Tester of Decatur, TN; brother: Bud Mullens of Barberton, OH; sisters: Doris Moore of Salem, WV, and Gladys Hapholt of Baltimore, MD; 12 grandchildren, 14 great-grandchildren, one great-great-grandchild, 10 nieces, 10 nephews, and other extended family.

No formal services will be held at this time, but a memorial service will be held at a later date.
