Hamilton County Has No New COVID Deaths And 69 New Cases

The number of new COVID-19 cases in Hamilton County on Saturday is 69. The new total is 9,188.  There have been no more deaths, said the county Health Department, for a total of 91. 

Tennessee had 20 more coronavirus deaths bringing the total to 2,216, state Health Department officials said. 

There were 942 new cases in the state for a total of 181,439.

The state currently has 706 people hospitalized from the virus, 100 less than on Friday. 

There have been 164,982 people who have recovered from the virus in Tennessee (91 percent).

Testing numbers are above 2.621 million across the state.

Shelby County: 29,800 cases, up 98; 446 deaths, up 3

Davidson County: 25,840 cases, up 42; 289 deaths, up 2

Knox County: 8,806 cases, up 80; 72 deaths, up 1

Bledsoe County:  844 cases, up 2; 4 deaths

Bradley County: 2,818 cases, up 18; 16 deaths

Grundy County: 230 cases, up 11; 5 deaths

Marion County: 493 cases, up 5; 7 deaths

Meigs County: 216 cases; 3 deaths

Polk County: 375 cases, up 4; 11 deaths

Rhea County: 766 cases, up 3; 11 deaths

Sequatchie County: 219 cases, up 3; 3 deaths, up 1
