Donald Caheely
Donald Franklin Caheely, 81, of LaFayette passed away on Monday, September 28, 2020.
Don owned and operated Don Caheely Construction and Excavating and was of the Baptist faith.
He was preceded in death by his parents, George and Ida Caheely; and brothers, Jack, Roy, Shorty, and Doyle Caheely.
He is survived by his children, Donna (Ricky) Jones, Shann Nave, Allison (Stuart) Claire, Chelsea Martin, and Brittany “Cupcake” (Michael) Carico; grandchildren and great grandchildren, Dakota, Brooke, Carley, and Weston Jones, Montana, Shanea, Abigail, Ellie Mae, and Remington Jones, Kayla, Everett, and Madie Frazier, Lexie Jackson, and Raelynn Martin; brother, Joe (Renate) Caheely; aunt, Billie Bagley Loyd; several nieces and nephews; and former wife and caretaker, Sally Martin Caheely.
Graveside services will be held at 1 p.m. on Thursday, Oct. 1, at the Family Farm Cemetery.
Visitation will be held at his home on Wednesday from 4-9 p.m. at 3484 Corinth Road, LaFayette.
Arrangements are by Wallis-Wilbanks Funeral Home, LaFayette.
