Hamilton County Has 4 New COVID Deaths, 86 New Cases; Tennessee Has 3,119 New Cases, 76 More COVID Deaths

Hamilton County reported 86 new COVID-19 cases on Sunday.

The new total of cases in Hamilton County is 37,986.

There were four more deaths from the virus in the county reported since Saturday, bringing the total to 362.

The number of coronavirus cases in Tennessee is at 727,861 on Sunday with 3,119 new cases. There have been 76 more deaths from the virus, for a total of 9,650, state Health Department officials said.

The state currently has 1,574 people hospitalized from the virus, 99 fewer than Saturday.

Testing numbers are above 6.327 million across the state.

The number of people who have recovered from coronavirus in Tennessee is 683,295, 94 percent.

Bradley County:  11,580 cases, up 42; 111 deaths

Grundy County: 1,478 cases, up 8; 24 deaths

Marion County: 2,406 cases, up 4; 36 deaths, up 1

Meigs County: 1,224 cases, up 8; 18 deaths

Polk County: 1,563 cases, up 5; 19 deaths, up 1

Rhea County: 3,993 cases, up 6; 63 deaths, up 1

Sequatchie County: 1,461 cases, up 4; 22 deaths

Knox 41,438 cases, up 234; 494 deaths, up 7

Davidson 74,925 cases, up 282; 731 deaths, up 3

Shelby 80,954 cases, up 366; 1,262 deaths, up 14
