Cordell Deion Norwood
Infant Cordell Deion Norwood, of Chattanooga, passed away on Sunday, November 21, 2021, in a local hospital.
Survivors include his father, Corbin Norwood; mother, LaShara Daniel both of Chattanooga; grandparents, Rick and Stephanie Norwood of Chattanooga, LaTonya Daniel of Rome, Ga., Darrell Cribb of Winston-Salem, NC, and step-grandfather, Joseph Lewis of NC; great-grandparents, Edna Daniel and Jerome Daniel, Sr., both of Rome, Ga., and Juanita Cribb of Winston-Salem, NC; twin brother, Cooper Deron Norwood of Chattanooga; uncles, Kirkland Cribb of Albany, Ga., and Darrell Cribb, Jr. of Atlanta; aunts, Lashell Merritt of Rome, Ga., LaShanita Cribb of Albany, Ga., Aaliyah Cribb of SC, Comekia Mikes, Ciara (Dewayne) Samuels, both of Chattanooga, Sandriana Cribb of Albany, Ga., and Nadia Cribb of Atlanta; six great-aunts; two great-uncles; a host of cousins; other relatives and friends.
Cordell will lie in state on Friday, Dec. 3, at 11 a.m. at Taylor Funeral Home. A graveside service will follow at 2 p.m. in Highland Memorial Gardens.
