Landscape Workshop has completed the acquisition of the landscape operations of Images Landscape Service, based in Chattanooga.
Images Landscape Service and Landscape Workshop have been working together for more than six years, developing a relationship built on shared values of providing quality landscape services with a proactive management approach. After 16 years in business, owner Ruben Viva is excited for the next steps of the company he and his family built from the ground up. “After partnering with Landscape Workshop for many years it was only natural that Images Landscape Service and Landscape Workshop joined forces. Images’ commitment to quality and exceptional customer service is an attribute that we also found in Landscape Workshop’s team.”
Mr. Viva will stay on in a consulting capacity during the transition and his son, Tyson Viva, will join the LW team as general manager of Landscape Workshop Chattanooga. Landscape Workshop is excited to become part of the Chattanooga community, said officials.
JT Price, CEO of Landscape Workshop, said, “LW is excited to enter the Chattanooga market. We have partnered with Images for over six years to provide statewide coverage to customers in Tennessee, and this acquisition makes us the only commercial landscaper with offices in Tennessee’s four biggest markets. We are pleased to welcome Images’ team members to the LW family.”
Tyson Viva's role will ensure a smooth transition and continuity of service for all clients, said officials. In addition, officials expect a majority of Images Landscape Service’s existing crew members to join the Landscape Workshop team.
Landscape Workshop is a full-service grounds management company that has been providing professional service and expert maintenance for outdoor commercial spaces since 1984. Landscape Workshop serves 10 Southeastern markets in Kentucky, Tennessee, Alabama, Georgia, and the Florida panhandle. Landscape Workshop is backed by Carousel Capital and McKinney Capital.
