Four townhomes are planned at 2405 Bailey Ave.

The tract owned by Wellington Investment Properties is .22 acre.

The applicant is seeking UGC zoning.

The Regional Planning Agency staff recommended townhouse zoning instead.

The case goes before the Planning Commission on Monday at 1 p.m. at the County Courthouse.
