Team Purcell Earns Annual Sales Production Award

Brenda Purcell and Mike Purcell, of Team Purcell with RE/MAX Renaissance, have earned the RE/MAX 100 Percent Club Team Award, which honors high-achieving real estate teams for their service to buyers and/or sellers during the past year.  

This is the first year Team Purcell has received this high honor.

“It’s a tremendous honor to receive this award,” said Ms. Purcell. “Mike and I are fully committed to providing superior service to our clients with every transaction. We could not have reached this milestone without their trust to guide them through one of the biggest transactions of their lives, and we are grateful for their endless support.”

Ms. Purcell has been working in the real estate industry for more than 20 years and has experience in residential home sales and multifamily units.  Among her list of achievements, she has also earned the Accredited Buyer’s Representation, the Senior Real Estate Specialist and the Certified Residential Specialist designations. She is a graduate of Leadership Chattanooga and the Greater Chattanooga Association of Realtors Leadership Institute.

Mr. Purcell is also a licensed broker with over five years of experience in real estate specializing in residential home sales, commercial sales and leasing.  He holds the ABR, and the CRS designations.  He received his Masters of Business Administration degree from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga in 1998.  Mike is presently serving on the Governmental Affairs and the Professional Standards committee with the Greater Chattanooga Association of Realtors.  He is a 2018 graduate of the Greater Chattanooga Association of Realtors Leadership Institute and past President of the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga’s Alumni Board.

In addition, the couple actively supports the community by volunteering with Mustard Tree Ministries and other initiatives supporting the homeless.  Additionally, they are involved with mission work serving senior homebound residents and residents at assisted living centers in Hixson.
