Robert Lee Ferrell, Jr., 96, of Chattanooga, went home to be with the Lord on Thursday, February 25, 2021.

He was preceded in death by wife of 74 years, Virginia Ferrell, his parents, siblings, and grandson, Shawn.

Robert is survived by his daughters, Peggy Silliman and Sandra Ferrell, granddaughter, Sherry (Chet) Groce, Tammy (Chris) Locklear, great-grandsons, Christopher, Trey and Jase.

Graveside services will be held on Monday, March 1, in the Chapel of Devotion at Hamilton Memorial Gardens.  Entombment will follow the services.  There will be no visitation at the funeral home.

Due to Covid-19, we request that mask be worn at all times at the cemetery, and that all Hamilton County and the CDC's mandates be adhered to.

In lieu of flowers, please make donations to Hospice of Chattanooga or the Alzheimer’s Association.
