Ivester, Michael Dale (LaFayette)

Michael Dale Ivester, 62, of LaFayette, passed away on Wednesday, March 3, 2021.

He was preceded in death by his son, Mike Ivester; parents, Hollis and Rosie Ivester; and brother, Joseph “Joe” Ivester.

Survivors include his daughter, Laura Hurst; one grandson; sisters, Mary Leonard and Betty Mortensen; brothers, David Ivester, Donnie Ivester, John “J” Ivester, Matthew Parcell, Mark Ivester, and Russell Phelps; several nieces and nephews; and special cousin, Dianne Chapman.

Funeral service will be held 2 p.m. on Sunday, March 7, in the Wilbanks Memorial Chapel with Pastor Randy Harden officiating.

Interment will be at West Hill Cemetery.

Visitation will be held at the funeral home on Saturday from 6-8 p.m.

Arrangements are by Wallis-Wilbanks Funeral Home, LaFayette.
