Georgia Has 69 New Coronavirus Deaths; 1,413 New Cases

Georgia state health officials reported on Friday there have been 69 additional deaths due to the coronavirus. The current total is 15,526.

There were 1,413 new cases, as that total reached 826,117 confirmed cases of coronavirus. 

Hospitalizations are at 56,627, 115 more than Wednesday.

Here are the numbers by county:

Catoosa County: 5,180 cases, up 13; 61 deaths, up 2; 233 hospitalizations

Chattooga County: 2,109 cases, up 6; 60 deaths; 160 hospitalizations

Dade County: 1,127 cases, up 9; 9 deaths; 51 hospitalizations

Walker County: 5,983 cases, up 12; 73 deaths, up 2; 254 hospitalizations, up 5

Whitfield County: 14,250 cases, up 20; 212 deaths, up 3; 702 hospitalizations, up 5
