Shelia Francine Runion, 73, a resident of Cleveland, passed away Monday, April 12, 2021 in her home. She was a homemaker, loving wife, mother and grandmother, who loved spending time with her family.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Joseph Paul Runion; daughter, Kimberly Dawn Runion; parents, Jake & Frances Marie Godfrey; and brother, Bobby Godfrey.
She is survived by her two children, Tonya Evans and husband, Shane Evans, of Cleveland, and Brian Runion and wife, Joann Runion, of Murfreesboro; two grandchildren, Grayson Evans and Parker Evans; three brothers, Jerry Godfrey, of Texas, Larry Godfrey, of Charleston, and Paul Godfrey, of Georgetown; four sisters, Christine Godfrey, of Cleveland, Marsha Everett and husband, Ted, of Alabama, Carolyn Godfrey, of Cleveland, and Mary Payne, of Charleston; and several nieces and nephews also survive.
A celebration of her life will be conducted at Companion Funeral Home on Wednesday, April 14 at 7 p.m. The family will receive friends prior to the celebration of life between 5-7 p.m.
Interment will be Thursday at 11 a.m. at Sunset Memorial Gardens, with Joshua Everett, Justin Everett, Ben Kazy, Cody Godfrey, Tucker Godfrey, Zachary Payne and Jeremiah Payne serving as pallbearers, and Grayson Evans and Parker Evans serving as honorary pallbearers.
