Patricia Pearl "Pat" Johnson, age 79, of Dalton, Georgia, departed this life Monday, April 5, 2021, at her home.

Patricia was born Nov. 27, 1941 in Greene County, In. 

She was preceded death by her son, James Earl Jones; her husband, Jerry Jerome Roberson; father, Leo Thomas; and mother and step-father, Wanita Opal Brewer Rhmhel and Joey Rhmhel.

Pat is survived by her sons and daughter-in-law,  Bruce Lee Jones of Dalton, GA, Eric Joseph Jones, David Eugene Jones all of Lafayette, GA; daughters, Mercedes Remhel of Indiana,  Regina Thomas of Dalton, GA; grandchildren, Megan and Marty Burk, Jimmy and Joel Maggi, Lacey Jones, Eric Joseph and Melisa Jones, Jr., Natasha Taylor; and great-grandchildren, Eric Joseph Jones, III, Jaxson Jones, Xander Ritter, Kailynn Burk, Skyla Jones, Emmett Jones, Phoenix Maggi, DavinLeigh Maggi, Kadence Wimpy, Carolina Wimpy and Hayden Wimpy.

Services to celebrate the life of Mrs. Patricia Pearl “Pat” Johnson will be held Sunday evening, April 11, at 7 p.m. at Ponders Melrose Chapel with Reverend Edwin Puckett officiating. 

The family will receive friends at Ponders Melrose Chapel after 5 p.m. Sunday, April 11, until the service hour.

Due to the national health crisis and the COVID-19 virus, masks must be worn properly at all times and social distancing must be observed when visiting the funeral home.
