Crye-Leike Real Estate Services announced that Realtor Diana Seavey has earned the Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) designation from the Residential Real Estate Council. The CRS designation is the highest credential awarded to residential sales agents, managers, and brokers, with only 4 percent of realtors having earned it.
Realtors who hold the CRS designation have more experience and training than the average realtor and are part of a community dedicated to improving the real estate industry for home buyers and sellers across the nation.
For Ms. Seavey, earning the CRS designation demonstrates a strong commitment to her clients, her community and the real estate industry.

Ms. Seavey, affiliated with Crye-Leike's Ooltewah branch office since 2008, has been in the real estate industry for 18 years. Licensed in Tennessee and Georgia, Ms. Seavey is a member of the National Association of REALTORS (NAR), the Georgia Association of REALTORS (GAR), the Tennessee Association of REALTORS (TAR) and other local associations. Her new CRS designation will accompany her Commitment to Excellence (C2EX), E-Pro, Graduate, REALTOR Institute (GRI), Social Networking Professional (SNP), At Home With Diversity (AWHD) and Pricing Strategist Advisor (PSA) designations.
