Aaron Trent Pryor was called by God to be one of his heavenly warriors on Tuesday, May 11, 2021, at CHI Memorial Hospital.

 

Aaron was born on Nov.14,1984 in Newport News, Va., to Audie Pryor and Felicia Parks Pryor. Aaron was educated in Newport News and graduated from Woodside High School in 2002. Aaron was  a man of many skills that led to various jobs. was known for his outstanding work ethic. He was employed at Print Pak and Print Plus. He was a medical courier, a driver for Do It Outdoors advertising, a culinary technician at Farm Fresh, and a Cybernet employee. Aaron also worked for Smithfield Packaging in Virginia, and as a Coca Cola United employee in Chattanooga. All these positions allowed Aaron to establish a great rapport with people. Aaron was a football and gaming enthusiast. The Xbox and PlayStation were his favorite pastimes. He also enjoyed fishing trips and cookouts.

Aaron was one you could call on in time of need, day or night. He possessed an unselfish spirit and enjoyed life and people. Children loved him. He was a cuddly teddy bear.

Aaron loved his family. He was the apple of his grandmother's eye and  grandfather’s right hand in his workshop. He was the love of his mom’s life. He was her heartbeat.

He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Franklin Pryor and Annie Pryor, Harold Parks and Sophia Parks; uncle, Andre Parks; aunt, Yohanna Parks.

He leaves to cherish his memory, mother, Felicia Parks Pryor; father, Audie Pryor; aunts, Renee Merrell, Dorene Lacey, Kim Pryor, Tamara Howard, and Betty Harris; a host of cousins, family, and friends.

Public viewing will be from 2-6 p.m. on Wednesday, May 19, at the funeral home. Funeral services will be at 12 p.m. on Thursday, May 20. Interment will be in Lakewood Memory Gardens East.
