Dean Moorhouse Should Be Top Choice For County Commission District 9 - And Response (3)

  • Monday, May 17, 2021
I am writing in support of Dean Moorhouse as County Commissioner for District 9 - a position that Chester Bankston will soon vacate.

Dean has been very active in our community.  He has served on the County Alcohol Beverage Board.  He supports our local children by serving on numerous boards affecting children.  He is a founding member of the Education Foundation which raises and provides funds for school children.  He also assists with fundraising at Christmas -  making childrens' Christmas much happier.

Commissioner Bankston has served the people of District 9 with dedication, integrity and commitment. He will be sorely missed. It is imperative that his replacement be the same or higher caliber individual as Mr. Bankston, and Dean Moorhouse is that person.

His experience, character, and dedication to improving this area are evident in his resume. I respectfully request that each of you review his qualifications, and vote for Mr. Moorhouse to fill the unexpired term of Mr. Bankston.
