Naomi Harrington
Naomi Harrington, 49, formerly of Chattanooga, passed away on Friday, June 11, 2021, in Tristar Stonecrest Medical Center in Smyra, Tennessee.
She was born on March 15, 1972. She was a 1990 graduate of Brainerd High School. Naomi later received an Associate's degree from Chattanooga State Community College. She was employed 15 years with Erlanger Health System. She was an avid music lover. Her favorite genres were old school R&B and Hip-Hop. Naomi enjoyed gatherings with family and friends where she told jokes, shared stories, and brought laughter to everyone in her company.
She was preceded in death by her father, William Arnold; stepmother, Regina Harrington; grandparents, Harvey and Martha Ringer, Edwin Harrington, Wynetta Radden, and Jimmie Lou Arnold; brother, Marcus Arnold; and uncle, Norris Ringer.
Survivors include her beloved children, Deontre Moore, Denitra Moore, and Tamaya McKamey; adored grandchildren, Jordyn McKamey and Kaci Petersen; loving parents, Allan and Paulette Harrington, Sr.; siblings, Miriam (Matt) Harrington, Tiffiany Harrington (James) Miles, Allan (Carlita) Harrington, Jr., and Stephanie Harrington; life-long friends, Sharon Daniels, Adrienne L. Sammons, Willie Eaton, Chris Burke, and Valecia Foster; a host of aunts; uncles; cousins; nieces; nephews; other relatives and friends.
A memorial service will be on Thursday, June 24, at 4 p.m. in the chapel at Taylor Funeral Home.
