Anthony Whitney, MD, Joins CHI Memorial Primary Care Associates - Cleveland

CHI Memorial Medical group announces Anthony Whitney, MD, family medicine physician, has joined CHI Memorial Primary Care Associates – Cleveland. 

Dr. Whitney earned his medical degree from Tufts University School of Medicine in Boston. He completed a basic surgery internship at San Diego Naval Hospital and US flight surgeon training at the Naval Aerospace Medical Institute in Pensacola. Dr. Whitney then completed residency training in family medicine at Phoenix Baptist Hospital in Phoenix.

He is a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians and is certified by the American Board of Family Medicine.

At CHI Memorial Primary Care Associates – Cleveland, Dr. Whitney joins Lynn Grotefendt, FNP and a clinical staff of registered nurses, licensed practical nurses, and medical assistants who care for individuals ages 11 and older. 
 
CHI Memorial Primary Care Associates – Cleveland is located at 3780 Ocoee Place NW, Suite 101,  in Cleveland.  The practice is open Monday – Friday 8 a.m.-5 p.m.  To schedule an appointment, call 423-472-2273. Same day appointments and video visits are available.
