Lisa Newton, 54, of Cleveland, departed this life on Saturday, July 24, 2021 at Tennova Healthcare. 

Born in Virginia, she lived a majority of her life in Bradley County and was of the Pentacostal faith.

She was preceded in death by her mother, Amanda Shell; brother, Dewy Phillips; nephew, Stephen Sattterfield; and her niece, Sheena Phillips.

Survivors include her son, Gary Guy,Jr; father, Robert Shell; sisters, Barbara Satterfield and Carolyn Bookout; brothers, James Phillips and Robert Sell, Jr; special friend, Hazel Price; as well as several extended family and friends.

A Celebration of Life and Homegoing for Lisa Marlette Quesenberry Newton will be held at 11 a.m. on Thursday, July 29 from the funeral home chapel. Interment will follow in Sunset Memorial Gardens.

The family receive friends from 5-8 p.m. on Wednesday, July 28 at the funeral home.
