Hamilton County Has No More Coronavirus Deaths, 141 New Cases

Hamilton County had 141 new coronavirus cases reported on Wednesday, bringing the total to 46,863.

There has been no more deaths from the virus, and the total is at 514 in the county.  

The number of those who have recovered from coronavirus in Hamilton County is 45,452, which is 97 percent, and there are 897 active cases. 

There are 76 patients hospitalized and 20 in intensive care units. Seven more are hospitalized with suspected COVID. There are 41 Hamilton County inpatients.
 

The number of coronavirus cases in Tennessee is at 888,745 Wednesday with 2,226 new cases. There were 12 more deaths reported, for a total of 12,722, State Health Department officials said.

The state currently has 811 people hospitalized from the virus, which is 49 more than on Tuesday. Testing numbers are above 8.394 million across the state.

The number of people who have recovered from coronavirus in Tennessee is 860,955, which is 97 percent.

Bradley County:  15,554 cases, up 26; 156 deaths

Grundy County: 1,841 cases, up 5; 35 deaths

Marion County: 3,385 cases, up 17; 50 deaths

Meigs County: 1,448 cases, up 5; 24 deaths

Polk County: 2,138 cases, up 3; 24 deaths

Rhea County: 4,463 cases, up 3; 82 deaths

Sequatchie County: 1,817 cases, up 4; 30 deaths

Knox County: 53,103 cases, up 110; 656 deaths

Davidson County: 92,321 cases, up 169; 962 deaths, up 3

Shelby County: 102,919 cases, up 348; 1,735 deaths, up 4
