Tony Sammons and Chris Anderson will get administrator posts in the Tim Kelly administration.
Mr. Sammons will be administrator of community development.
Mr. Anderson will be administrator of the new department of innovation delivery and performance.
Mr. Sammons previously served as an assistant in city economic development. He has also been handling duties of purchasing director.
Mr. Anderson is a former member of the City Council.
