Nicholas Cartwright
Nicholas Dewayne Cartwright, born on June 25, 1989, in Chattanooga, Tennessee, passed away on July 28, 2021 inside his home located in Harrison, Tennessee.
Nick was 32 years of age and had been previously diagnosed with a heart condition. He spent the earlier years of his life growing up in Marion County, Tn. and after attending MCHS, Nick started a career at UPS that lasted over a decade. During this time he earned an associates degree in business from Chattanooga State Community College. He is preceded in death by his father figure, Terry Hansard; his Cartwright grandparents, Aunt Rose Morris, and his son Connor Cartwright.
Nick was a car enthusiast and a very social person, this led him to touch the lives of many people. He will be missed, loved, and remember daily by many people, including: his mother, Diana Lynne Merritt Davis; father, Richard Dwayne Cartwright; siblings, Guy and Josh (Anna) Hansard, Jamie (Randy) Kilgore, Amanda (Buck) Hansard Holland, David and Daniel Cartwright; girlfriend Amanda Brittany Henderson; nieces and nephews, Craig (Kara) Kilgore, Randy (Tayler) Kilgore Jr., Eric (Layla) Kilgore, Tregon Kilgore, Tori Hansard, Guy Hansard Jr., Reagan Hansard, Willa Hansard, Kye Hansard, Colton Hansard, Lillian Hansard, Landon Holland & Taylor Holland; great niece, Rayleigh Kilgore; great nephew, Hunter Kilgore; along with a host of friends and extended family.
The family will receive friends from 1-4 p.m. on Saturday, July 31, at Jasper Memorial Funeral Home.
Funeral services at 4 p.m. on Saturday, July 31, in the funeral home chapel with Rev. Roger Webb officiating.
