Irvin Black, age 91, of Tunnel Hill, passed away Wednesday, September 15, 2021 at his home.

He is preceded in death by his wife, Sarah Black.

He is survived by his daughter and son-in-law, Barbara and Grasiano Salaises of Tunnel Hill; three sons and daughters-in-law, Bobby Black of Varnell, Donald and Cheryl Black of Ringgold and Carl and Ella Black of Tunnel Hill; 11 grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren; and nieces and nephews.

The funeral service will be held Saturday, Sept. 18, at 11 a.m. at the Pleasant Grove Chapel of Julian Peeples Funeral Home with Rev. Ricky Gravley officiating.

Burial will be at Varnell Cemetery.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Friday, Sept. 17, from 4-8 p.m.
