Tivoli Theatre Foundation Annual Gala Featuring Jason Isbell Is Sold Out; Work To Start On Renovating Historic Building Next Door

  • Sunday, January 2, 2022

The Tivoli Theatre Foundation announces its Annual Gala featuring Jason Isbell and the 400 Unit will be held Jan. 7, 2022 at the Tivoli Theatre. It is sold out.

VIP tickets to the event support the Tivoli Theatre Foundation, the nonprofit organization which operates, promotes, and preserves three historic landmarks in Chattanooga - the Tivoli Theatre, Soldiers and Sailors Memorial Auditorium, and the Walker Theatre.

The Tivoli earlier acquired the historic Fowler Furniture building next door and plans to begin its renovation soon as an annex to the Tivoli.

“The Tivoli Theatre Foundation is proud of the work we have done to bring three landmark Chattanooga venues back to life, and our annual gala represents a way for us to celebrate these beautiful theaters and look forward to our future,'' said Nick Wilkinson, Tivoli Theatre Foundation executive director. '' After the last year of uncertainty, we look forward to this event which will help us continue to recover from the pandemic and we can’t wait to bring our community back together with one of the great talents of our time.”

Mr. Wilkinson said, "Since its founding in 2015, the Tivoli Theatre Foundation has breathed new life into the historic Tivoli Theatre, Soldiers and Sailors Memorial Auditorium, and the Walker Theatre. Since that time, the Foundation has brought an increase in shows of over 900 percent and invested over $10 million back into the three venues. This year’s gala is sponsored by First Horizon, Tri-Star Beverage and Brock Insurance Agency."

This event will require all patrons show proof of vaccination in order to attend. To read more about the COVID-19 protocols, click here.
