Industrial Property On St. Elmo Avenue Sells For $4.4 Million

An industrial building at 3501 St. Elmo Avenue in Chattanooga has sold for $4.4 million.

Bradley J. Hartman and Debra A. Hartman purchased the property from RP St. Elmo LLC.

The 30,913 square foot building was built in 1976 and sits on 1.95 acres.  The building was renovated in 2021.
