Three surgeons have joined University Surgical Associates.
Dr. William (Buck) Lyman is a Chattanooga native who specializes in colorectal surgery and is board certified through the American Board of Surgery (ABS). Dr. Lyman has extensive training and experience in all surgical modalities, including minimally invasive and robotic techniques. As a colorectal surgeon, he generally treats diseases of the small bowel, colon, rectum, and anus. He cares for a variety of colorectal health issues including cancer, inflammatory bowel disease, and benign conditions.
Dr.
Richard Tanner is a general surgeon who focuses on a wide range of surgical areas and has extensive training and experience in minimally invasive laparoscopic and robotic surgery. Dr. Tanner specializes in gallbladder surgery, complex hernia repair surgery, anti-reflux surgery, colon surgery, and breast surgery.
Dr. Kyle Staton specializes in vascular and endovascular surgery and is board certified through the American Board of Surgery (ABS). Dr. Staton has extensive training and experience in a variety of vascular surgery procedures.
