Mary Louise Keel Allen, 64, of Chattanooga, passed away on November 30, 2022 after an extended illness.
Mary was born on August 21, 1958 to Elmo and Jessie Louise Howell Keel in Washington, D.C. She married Gerry Allen of Falls Church, Va. in 1999.
Mary was a gifted writer, landscape designer, and true animal lover.
Mary is preceded in death by her husband, Gerry, and both her parents. She is survived by her sister, Peggy Creswell (Frank); her niece Kelly Alexander and nephew Brett Pollock; and her great niece Aleah Lusk.
A memorial service will be held at Standifer Place-Dalton Building, 2626 Walker Drive, at 10 a.m. on Friday, Dec. 16.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Association for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals.
