Morning Pointe Senior Living campuses across the Southeast are inviting their local communities to help them spread Christmas cheer.

Each campus has invited community partners to donate decorated Christmas trees of various sizes to place throughout the building. The goal is to focus on people and connections throughout this Christmas season. As part of the Festival of Trees, residents, associates, their families and community partners will be encouraged to gather together.

“Christmas is a time that brings back so many happy memories for our seniors,” said Amanda Baushke, Morning Pointe’s vice president of life enrichment.
“Our residents love the lights and decorations of this time of year, and they love seeing the creativity that our community friends display in the Festival of Trees.”

A few communities are approaching the theme in unique ways. Morning Pointe of Russell, Ky, for example, is setting up an angel tree and inviting residents, associates and family members to pick an “angel” to give a gift to someone in need in the greater Russell community.

Contact your local Morning Pointe community for more information about their Festival of Trees guidelines and deadline for delivering the trees.
