Harrison M. Hyde
Harrison M. Hyde, age 102, a resident of Cleveland, Tennessee, passed away Sunday, December 4, 2022, at his residence.
He was the son of the late Jules and Mary Hyde and was also preceded in death by his wife, Mae Hembree Hyde; son, Larry Hyde; and 13 siblings.
He was a longtime minister in the Baptist faith pastoring Grassy Creak Baptist Church in Copperhill and Lamb of God, a non-denominational church.
He is survived by his daughters, Rosemary Hyde and Nellie Finley; along with five grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
A Remembrance of life Service will be held Saturday, Dec. 10, at 11 a.m. at the Jim Rush Funeral and Cremation Services Wildwood Ave. chapel with Rev. John Smith officiating. The interment will follow at Grassy Creak Baptist Church Cemetery in Copperhill, Tn., with Ron, Sonny, Rusty, Eric, Ty and Craig Hembree serving as casket bearers.
The family will receive friends Saturday from 10-11 a.m. prior to the service at the funeral home.
