No.1 Ranked McCallie Tennis Shuts Out St. Xavier Of Kentucky

McCallie, the #1 ranked team in the nation in the Universal Tennis boys high school rankings, defeated St. Xavier (KY) 7-0 on Thursday afternoon at the Strang-Voges Tennis Center. The Blue Tornado got off to a 1-0 lead by winning two of the three doubles matches to claim the doubles point. The home team then swept all six singles matches in straight sets.
McCallie is now 6-0 on the season and heads into the weekend looking to defend the Chattanooga Rotary tournament title, which was last played in 2019.
