Teresa Huggins Wade, 61, passed away May 12, 2022 at her residence. She was of the Christian faith, and loved her job at Tangle’z Hair Salon. She was a well-known hair dresser in Cleveland, and also worked at Gemin Red's. She was known there as Tootsie.
She is preceded in death by her mother, Eva Sue Catlett; stepdad, Larry Catlett; grandparents, Marie and Papaw Cooley; and her brother, Rodney Huggins.
She is survived by her husband of 46 years, Tony Wade; son, Charles T.J. Wade; grandson, Fadewynn Wade; brothers, Danny Catlett, Ricky Harry Huggins, Larry (Dana) Catlett and Charlie Huggins; sisters, Brenda Inman and Creeda York; brothers, Darell Huggins, Marty Catlett and Steve Wallace; sister-in-law, Tammy Wade Bonine; special friend, Tyra Clark Fowler (Tim) and her girls, who she loved very much; special nephews, Shawn Amanda Bonine and James Ashely Bonine; as well as her coworkers, many clients, and friends, who she loved dearly.
Visitation for Teresa will be held at Companion Funeral Home, Cleveland Chapel on Sunday, May 15 from 3-5 p.m. A Celebration of Life will follow the visitation at 5 p.m., with Chris Moody officiating.
