Cynthia Mary DePriest, 61, of Ooltewah, TN passed away Monday, June 20, 2022.

 

She was born in Oak Park, IL and graduated from Dundee High School, Dundee, IL, Class of 1979 where she was on the softball, basketball and marching band teams, and was a member of the theater group.  In her adult life she was a successful sales representative, loving family member and devoted friend.  In her spiritual life she was of the Catholic faith.

 

Her hobbies included painting, antiquing, fashion and spending time with her family.

 

She was preceded in death by her mother, Joan Mary Schippel and Cindy’s faithful dog, Terri.

 

Survivors include her son, Morgan DePriest, daughter, Shelby (Tim) Chassen, grandchildren, Emma Marie Chassen and Samuel Morris Chassen, father, Deane Matthew Ruppert, step-mother, Louisa Ruppert, brothers, Scott and Gerald Ruppert, sister, Shirley (Ed) Farrell, half-brothers Dean and David Ruppert, and many nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.

 

All services will be held privately.
