Prep Football Season Passes Midway Point Tonight

Several Local Schools Can Be Viewed On NFHS Network

  • Friday, September 23, 2022

It’s hard to believe, but the majority of schools are at the halfway point of the regular season for high school football. Take a look at the 170 games on the schedule for Week 6.

There are only 37 games featuring region vs. region opponents this week. 20 schools are using Week 6 using as their open date. Five teams this week will face opponents that are not members of TSSAA.

This summer, the TSSAA Board of Control voted to return to the traditional handling of forfeitures and cancellations for the 2022 season.

Any contest unable to be played will be considered a “no-contest” for both schools.
