Roderick, Sandra "Robin" (Cleveland)

Sandra “Robin” Roderick, 62 years of age, went home to be with her loving Savior on Tuesday, September 27, 2022.

She was born on Nov. 10, 1959 in Athens, Tennessee to the late Harry and Lorene Dockins.

Robin married the love of her life, Arwin Roderick on Nov. 17, 1990. Together they owned and ran Superior Cash Market for 26 years. Throughout the years, their customers became like family. They lovingly began hosting Thanksgiving and Christmas dinners for their community. 

Robin also enjoyed the opportunity to play Mrs. Claus for local schools in Cleveland. She had a servant's heart and truly loved people.

She was preceded in death by her sisters; Vicky Fernett and Annette Montooth; and survived by brothers, David Dockins (Brenda), Tracey Dockins and Jimmy Dockins, of Athens, Tennessee. 

She is survived by her loving husband of 31 years, Arwin Roderick; her children, Austin Roderick and his wife, Laura, Cambria Hamilton and her husband, Christian and Amy Wilhoit and her husband, Jeff, all of Cleveland; her five grandchildren, Ava, Hadlee, Emery, Nolan and Barrett, who were the lights of her life; and longtime best friend, Faye Melton, who was like a sister to her.

The Family will receive friends from 4-6 p.m. on Oct. 1 at Companion Funeral Home in Cleveland, with a funeral service to follow. Officiating the service will be Pastor Adam Jones.
