Albert Jonathan Landis, 67, passed away Sunday, September 11, 2022.

He was a very loved husband, father, grandfather, and son. He is survived by his wife of 37 years, Jeanette Landis. He also leaves behind his daughter and son-in-law, Brianne and Joshua O’Dell; daughter-in-law, Kittie Sullivan Baldwin; and granddaughter, Avery Sullivan Baldwin. His father, Albert H. Landis, and brother, Richard Landis, will also miss him dearly; as well as other family and friends.

Al loved everything outdoors. He spent many childhood years in the woods of the Pocono Mountains, fishing and hunting. He enjoyed gardening, woodworking, and finding any project around the house to get into. He was always the go to handyman and had a way to fix almost everything.

Al loved a good joke. His infectious laugh and smile lit up his face and could never hide his mischief. Al loved his family fiercely and always put them first. He will be missed beyond measure.

A visitation will be held on Oct. 22, from 2-4 p.m.

Friends and family will be received at Signal Crest United Methodist Church; 1005 Ridgeway Ave, Signal Mountain TN, 37377.

In lieu of flowers, please consider a donation to Habitat for Humanity or a local animal shelter.
