City Code Enforcement Closes Down East Brainerd Hotel

Chattanooga Code Enforcement has closed down an East Brainerd hotel.

Signs have been posted on the Microtel Inn and Suites by Wyndham on McCutcheon Road saying the facility is unsafe.

Owners have since posted signs saying "No Trespassing. Violators Will Be Prosecuted."

Neighbors said there had been a number of police calls to the hotel.
