Jimmy Tarvin
Jimmy Tarvin, age 79, of Villanow, Georgia, passed away Tuesday, January 24, 2023 at Hamilton Medical Center.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Virgil and Ethel Tarvin; brothers, Charles, Tommy and Ray Tarvin; sisters, Shirley Gordon and Barbara Jackson; and wife, Loma Gail Tarvin.
He is survived by Brenda Wethington of Rocky Face; son and daughter-in-law, Brenon and Samantha Tarvin of Villanow; sister, Carolyn Morris of Resaca; and three grandchildren, Tori Tarvin Murdock, Luke Tarvin, Bailey Tarvin.
The funeral service will be Monday, Jan. 30, at 3 p.m. at the Rocky Face Chapel of Julian Peeples Funeral Home with Rev. Junior Williams and Rev. Chuck Harmon officiating.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Monday, Jan. 30, from 1-3 p.m.
Burial will be in Macedonia Cemetery in Villanow.
