Ms. Moore, originally from Mexico, currently resides in Chattanooga. Along with being an educator for over eight years, she’s the creator of The Wholks series of children’s books, ideal for first time readers. The series is written in both Spanish and English, bringing the reader into a colorful world of socks where we learn how to care for ourselves and others. Ms. Moore has always had an interest in early emotional education, prompting her to create stories in the world of The Wholks from her heart, and in her own way. She hopes to touch lives with her stories and strengthen children’s emotional regulation, teaching the importance of having positive self-esteem, self-love, values, self-confidence, and self-control.
