Donald Oscar Bice, 85, passed away on Sunday morning, October 1, 2023, at his home surrounded by his family.

Donald was born in Hixson, Tn., on July 17, 1938, and was a member of Old Time Holiness Church.

Donald is preceded in death by his parents, Oscar and Sarah Irene Penny Bice, along with his brothers, Leon, Ed, Jay, Aaron, Bill and Tom Bice and sisters, Alma Marie James and Judy Walker.

He is survived by his wife of 64 years, Agnes Louise Watts Bice; daughter, Marcell Denise Bice Smith (Jay) of Graysville, Tn.; son, Donald Darnell Bice (Edie) of Sale Creek; grandchildren, LaTosha Ada Angeline Shelby Angel, ShaunTay Jaylina Louise (Smith) Rice (Mitchell); step-grandchildren, Janet Renee King (Mark), Jamie Lemay (Jamie); 11 great-grandchildren, Darian, Trinity, Cole, Jada, Jayleigh, Morgan, Taygan, Kelsea, Alexis, Hunter and Harley; two great-great-grandchildren; sisters, Tina Lou (Bob) Bailey and Elizabeth Eustice; several nieces and nephews and a host of family and close friends.

Visitation will be held at Hamilton Funeral Home Friday, Oct. 6, from 11:30 a.m. until funeral service time at 2:00pm. Burial will be held at Hamilton Memorial Gardens Cemetery. Ministers Robert Ledford and Nathan Eustice will be officiating.
