Cleveland, Tn. Mayor Emeritus Tom Rowland recently enjoyed breakfast with a group of cadets from the Civil Air Patrol. 

The Fly-in and Breakfast takes place at the Cleveland Regional Jetport once a month.

It is the third Saturday of each month from 8:30 to 10:30 a.m.
