Multiple companies, including the building’s owners, Noon Development, relocated to 715 Market St., formerly known as the Tennessee Valley Federal Credit Union building. The companies celebrated the fully renovated 45,000-square-foot building with a ribbon cutting hosted by the Chattanooga Area Chamber of Commerce.

“This move was extremely beneficial to Noon’s companies, giving us more space and enabling our teams to continue to grow,” Noon Management President Todd Phillips said. “We brought new life to 715 Market Street and transformed this block with our significant renovations.”

The building was completely remodeled, including the addition of a covered patio with green space and outdoor seating, an updated exterior and modern finishes throughout the interior, making the building an ideal spot for contemporary office spaces.

“We are excited to have our new home at 715 Market Street and be part of the transformation of the building and of the continued growth of Chattanooga,” said Kevin Rose, partner at Smith + Howard (formerly Market Street Partners). “It coincides with the transformation of our business as we grow to better serve the businesses of Chattanooga and our employees.”

Brock Insurance Agency, An Oakbridge Partner worked with Noon Development to customize the space to meet their needs.

“After hiring more employees and an integration with another Oakbridge partner, we were running out of space in our office,” BIA President Mark Brock said. “Moving into this building was the perfect opportunity for our company to reside in the heart of Chattanooga’s business district and continue to grow, with a focus on developing a fantastic culture and recruiting local talent.”

“We were pleased to invest in this prime location and give our tenants the opportunity to be in the center of downtown,” Noon Development Project Manager Todd Kimling said. “The renovation and modern facelift of the building aligns with the character of Chattanooga.”

Brock Insurance Agency - An Oakbridge Partner and Scenic City Financial are located on the first floor in Suite 103. Noon Development, Noon Real Estate, Noon Management, Lighthouse CFO Group and Q Strategies reside on the second floor of the building at 715 Market St., Suite 203. On the third floor, Smith + Howard (formerly Market Street Partners) operates in Suite 303, and Wealth Preservation Advisors’ offices are in Suite 307.

The third floor has 3,129 square feet of prime office space still available for lease. Those interested in leasing at 715 Market St. can contact Mr. Kimling at 423-498-5480.
