Man Convicted In Tragic Woodmore Bus Crash Is Denied Early Release

The man charged in the tragic Woodmore Elementary bus crash in which six children were killed has been denied early release.

Johnthony Walker must now complete the four-year sentence he was handed in 2020 after the decision by the state Parole Board.

While out on bond, Walker also picked up a statutory rape charge in Nashville. He pleaded guilty to that charge.
